Location is excellent - centre of south calcutta, a happening place for eateries, street food, shopping in lake market area, gariahat, close to metro station ( convenient for going anywhere including dakshineswar) and kalighat kali temple. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and smiling. Very hospitable. They want the guests to be happy. Food was awesome.
